Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Cash, checks or credit cards are accepted for payment.

Most insurance companies will reimburse for my services as an out-of-network provider. You can also submit my receipts for reimbursement through your employer’s Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account.

If you are planning to submit claims, you should check your coverage by asking your insurance company the following questions:

  • Does my insurance allow for reimbursement of out-of-network providers

  • Does my policy cover mental health benefits

  • Do I have a deductible and has it been met

  • How many sessions per year are covered by my insurance

  • What portion of the therapy cost is covered

  • Is preauthorization by my PCP required

 

I will provide you (on request) with a receipt with the required information for you to submit to your insurance company.

Please note that you are fully responsible for fees incurred regardless of your insurance coverage.

 


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
