Who I Am
My name is Fran Neall and I am a licensed marriage counselor and family therapist and a board certified child and adolescent psychiatric clinical nurse specialist. I offer both individual psychotherapy and couple and family therapy. I am a certified Emotionally Focused Couples (EFT) therapist as well as an approved supervisor candidate for EFT.
I believe that at the heart of good therapy is the ability of the therapist to “walk in their client’s shoes”-- - to have a sense of where they are emotionally, how they see themselves and how they feel about what’s happening to them in their lives. I see each person’s situation and needs as unique and tailor my therapeutic approach to what best suits them to accomplish their goals.
Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety or self-esteem issues, or need help navigating a major life transition or crisis such as infidelity, separation, death or divorce, I will listen carefully and collaborate with you to help you heal and free you of obstacles preventing you from leading a more fulfilling life. I believe we all have the resources and wisdom needed to accomplish this and see my job as helping you to tap into yours.
